I’ve helped hundreds of women to achieve their goals, increase their income, and exceed their expectations. I was my first client, having achieved numerous awards and accolades for my work, as well as features in The Times and CNN.

Through my coaching and connections, I empower mostly women not just to uplift themselves, but to thrive and create change in the world. My teachings focus on helping you gain clarity and generate abundance while sharing practical effective well-being tools. I also trained as a Sivananda yoga teacher, reiki master, and Oneness Meditation trainer, and I draw on these tools to help you stay on track without burning out.
